It All Begins with Relationship
A few weeks back, the Lord spoke to me about the works He was doing in the earth. He spoke of several things specifically, and all of them centralized upon His Bride. As His Bride, we have been tasked to be busy doing things to prepare for the Lord’s coming. The Lord revealed to me what He had already been doing in His Bride. He loves her very tenderly and deeply. Like any gentleman, He woos Her heart. When wooing happens, then passion ignites to love and serve the Bridegroom-King! The warrior Bride will be carried away by God’s love.
One of the things we must be busy doing is continuing the dominion (or ultimate control or ownership of the natural and spiritual realm) within the earth that He set up for us before He left earth.
In this post, we will discuss how He will work in the Bride. He will first carry Her away with His fiery love, and then mentor Her personally. The second part of this word, we will discuss what the gatekeeper role is and why He feels it is important for the Bride to function in it flawlessly.
She May Feel Like She Doesn’t Know Where to Begin
As the Bride of Christ, we are the Lord’s partner. His desire is that we continue the work He has begun upon the earth. We mirror His desires and continue to carry them out. Sometimes, we are so busy with life that we are not even sure how to do what He asks of us or even where to begin.
Just like the parable of the talents, God tasks all of us with certain things that we are responsible for, and they are critical to be done before He comes. (Matthew 25:14-30) If we don’t already know what those things are, we must learn what they are, and then carry them out. We must remain watchful and alert. He is not a harsh task master. In fact, His main motivator is always His love.
He Will Help Us if We are Willing to Make Room for Him
God always motivates us by His love. Those who love Him will prepare and be ready. Those that make room for Him will do what He asks, and it won’t feel burdensome to them. His great love and their love for Him motivates them to obey with joy. Making room for Him will allow Him to carry you away with His love.
I begin here with a little bit of what He has already been doing in His Bride, and then I will go into the current prophetic word. This is important to know and connect this information with the new word because it relays a progression of relationship and stewarding that He is calling us to in this time. I hope it brings clarity and encouragement to you as you pursue Him in intimacy.
Before She is a Warrior, She Must Heal
The Lord is awakening His Bride today. Have you felt Him tapping on your heart? He is going in and healing Her and washing Her in His loving Word. He’s stripping off the chains that have held her back for years.
He’s binding her wounds. He’s freeing Her from those who have abused Her, mistreated Her, leaving scars behind, and is lovingly putting Her back together. He loves His Bride. If you need healing of the heart and emotions, there is no one more tender and skilled to do this sensitive work than the King of hearts.
He Heals Her by Carrying Her Away with His Love
Although the work is tedious, it is not burdensome to Him. One by beloved one of them, He is finding right where they are. Both minor to major works of refreshing and healing both spiritually, and emotionally are coming forth bringing glorious new birth in many ways.
As she submits to this fiery purifying love, She is blossoming and she is bringing forth new life (new things) into the world. All of this is passionately brought forth by her love for Him and by His mighty hand.
Song of Solomon 8:5 TPT speaks the words of our Bridegroom King of the now submitted and devoted Bride: (Parenthesis mine):
“Who is this one? (the one submitted to Him) She arises out of her desert (her difficulty and refining of her character), clinging to her beloved (Him). When I awakened you (your spirit) under the apple tree (His love), as you were feasting upon me (reading/digesting His word, coming into His Presence, in the secret place of intimacy), I awakened your innermost being with the travail of birth (The new dream or new thing He implanted within you to do), as you longed for more of me. (Thirsted for more of Him) Fasten me upon your heart as a seal of fire (Passion & devotion for His Presence) forevermore. This living, consuming flame will seal you (mark you, or identify you) as my prisoner of love.”

The Prophetic Word
As He spoke to me this particular morning, I had the sense of rolling, billowing water. I could almost smell, taste, and feel the sense of water spraying and splashing. Then I saw a great rock upon a beach and great forces of water spraying and splashing upon this rock as I hovered over it, observing it. I heard the words,
“My Church, You are the gatekeeper.”
He went on to talk about this relationship that the Church has with Him. They mean so much to Him and that they were also much for Him. Their faithfulness speaks volumes to Him! I looked and I saw a hand holding a golden crown, as if He were holding the very reward He intended to bestow on those whose faith grew and persevered.
Immediately, I heard,
“Who is this King of glory?”
(announced by another voice) and I saw a brief flash of a bright blue sky and white billowing clouds with the sun in full view! It was almost blinding. His tender voice spoke. I heard Him say,
"I long for My people to believe the best of Me and hope in Me!"
May our faith arise as He continues to awaken hearts in Him!
We Are Awakening & Breaking Through with Him in Love
As awakening takes place in Him, we also are breaking through with Him! He isn’t sending us off to experience our breakthrough at a separate time, He’s breaking through with us as we hope and believe the best of Him! Hallelujah! As we awaken and break through with Him, it will bring great glory to the Father!
All of the sudden, I had a sense of hovering over a large rock on the beach. I heard and saw powerful water splashing upon that huge rock! Splash after gigantic splash I saw the powerful water hit the rock over and over. It was quite a spectacle! Again, the spray and splash– I could almost taste it as I seemed to hover over this rock.
“He saved us, resurrecting us through the washing of rebirth. We are made completely new by the Holy Spirit, whom he splashed over us richly by Jesus, the Messiah, our Life Giver.” Titus 3:6-7 AMP
This verse speaks of rebirth through the Holy Spirit through the sacrifice of our precious Jesus, who is full and teeming with potential life! (John 1:1-4) The beach represents the limit of the natural realm and the beginning of the spiritual realm. (Revelation 10:1-3) Water speaks of the Spirit. (John 7:37-39) The beach and ocean water represent deep waters of the spiritual realm.
The Living Gateways and the King of Glory!
Revelation kept coming forth as the Lord highlighted “Who is this King of Glory?” in my mind. I remember this verse in Psalm 24. As I read through the verses it became clear to me. The Church is a gatekeeper in the Spirit realm as He said, and she also herself is a living gateway! Psalm 24: 7-10 TPT says so:
“So wake up, you living gateways! Lift up your heads, you doorways of eternity! Welcome the King of Glory, for he is about to come through you. You ask, “Who is this King of Glory?” Yahweh, armed and ready for battle, Yahweh, invincible in every way! So wake up, you living gateways, and rejoice! Fling wide, you eternal doors! Here he comes; the King of Glory is ready to come in. You ask, “Who is this King of Glory?” He is Yahweh, armed and ready for battle, the Mighty One, the invincible commander of heaven’s hosts! Yes, he is the King of Glory!” Psalm 24:7-10 TPT
We are His temple of the Holy Spirit, but I had never thought about it in this way before. The Church isn’t just a keeper of gateways to keep evil out, she is also a living gateway to allow the King of Glory Into the world! God’s glory will invade this earth though US, the living gateways! So, we must lift our heads and look to Him. we must prepare ourselves, Church! The Mighty King of Glory wants to enter this world through you as His Temple!
Maturing in the Spirit = More Authority
He then spoke that we are bursting through with new birth in Him! In this rebirth, He is handing out new giftings. These new giftings are ones He will be overseeing Himself in the realm of the Spirit! He has been working on many in this season already, preparing them for this bursting and new mentoring with Him.
I could hear many say,
"Who am I to have a responsibility like this?"
I heard a voice say,
“See Jesus!” (look to Jesus!)
As we burst through with Him, we will have new direction from Him. Many will even see Jesus as their mentor! As a result, these giftings will take many further in the Spirit with Him than they have ever been before.
These giftings were just some of the numerous talents and dormant gifts that He’s bringing to His Bride in this season as the King of Kings continues to awaken His sleeping Bride and hone her talents in Him. He seeks an army to fill with His glory! Then I heard,
“A Setting that’s alive.”
I had the sense of a jewelry setting. I could see the shape of prongs and a precious stone from the side.
1 Peter 2:4-8 speaks of the Church as ‘living stones’ being built up in Christ Jesus as the cornerstone. Yes, Jesus is our foundational cornerstone as we are being built up into a spiritual house (as His believers) for Him to dwell in. However, further down in the same chapter, in verse 9 it reads:
“But you are God’s chosen treasure—priests who are kings, a spiritual “nation” set apart as God’s devoted ones. He called you out of darkness to experience his marvelous light, and now he claims you as his very own. He did this so that you would broadcast his glorious wonders throughout the world. For at one time you were not God’s people, but now you are. At one time you knew nothing of God’s mercy, because you hadn’t received it yet, but now you are drenched with it!” 1 Peter 2:4-8 TPT
Precious Stones Set Firmly in His Glorious Embrace
After I read these scriptures, it put it all into perspective for me. The giftings He is passing out are gifts of mercy and grace as we pursue Him in intimacy. He has claimed us as His very own.
Like precious stones in a beautiful ring setting. We are priests and kings called and beckoned out of darkness into His Glory-light to shine brilliantly! He is the living setting (cornerstone) holding all of us, His treasure.
We were always created with the intention of broadcasting His glorious wonders throughout the world! He did all of this in love, literally drenching us with His mercy and the life of His Spirit!
To Move Forward…The Warrior Bride Carried Away by God’s Love
Pursuing the Lord in the secret place will be key to encountering Him at this time and moving forward with Him in the Spirit. There is much to discover in Him right now! Oh, How He loves us!
There is much on the horizon for us all. Let His great fiery love carry you away. May you step into your new giftings and immerse yourself within His great love and destiny for you! You don’t want to miss part 2! See it right here!
God is moving in the earth like no other time in history! What an exciting time to be alive! Are you struggling? God wants us to be walking in victory as we wait with longing to see him. Look to heaven, child. He has encouragement just for you!
As you stay in His Presence, you will discover His true heart for you. Broken hearts have a hard time accepting His great love, but He is committed to pursuing yours until you understand the magnitude of His great love and sacrifice. You were worth it. So worth it to Him. Let Heaven’s love permeate your being. It is powerful!
